Studio Session
In 1 day, you will learn and work through your actual challenge, leaving as a more effective leader, with a concrete change plan and change story
Working individually or in teams on the change you are leading, you will learn methods, tools, approaches and apply them directly to your challenge.
Often the change outcome is ambiguous, or not consistently communicated. We will begin to define a crystal clear articulation of what the change aims to achieve, and the critical day-to-day work practices that will enable and sustain the outcome.
This means that some ways of working today, will change to something new. You will learn and use tools and methods to make this change happen, and make a concrete action plan that ties together your change initiatives and the shifts needed in the day-to-day work practices.
Communicating about the change in a consistent and meaningful way is a key success factor to engage with the full breath and depth of the organisation. Creating your change story is the last part of the session in the studio.
You will leave with the confidence and capability to communicate and implement your change plan. It’s not training for training’s sake. It’s grounded in sound frameworks, lived experience, and an approach that helps you make it your own.
The Story of Change Leaders Studio
It began with an idea. After more than 30 years in change management consulting, employee research, coaching and leading high-tech operations, I realised what I really love, is to share my expertise and experiences with others. My passion is helping and guiding others to find answers that work for their organisation. The idea of the Studio was born.
Having worked with many organisations in different industries addressing their challenges, and adapting to seize on opportunities. I have seen first hand how impactful it is when you are able to bring the organisation along with your change/transformation.
I firmly believe that lasting change comes from within. By developing the capability of leaders and teams, organisations become more resilient, more connected, and better equipped to shape their own future. That is what Change Leaders Studio is all about.
