Change Leaders Studio Ltd. is a UK-based organisational effectiveness, leadership and change advisory business.
Change Leaders Studio provides advisory services, workshops, surveys, reflection tools and other organisational effectiveness tools, including the Change Anchor Check, Change Anchor Team Alignment, Organisational Effectiveness Pulse and Critical Work Practices.
For information collected directly by Change Leaders Studio through its own tools and services, Change Leaders Studio Ltd. is generally the data controller.
For some client assignments, Change Leaders Studio may process personal information on behalf of a client organisation. In these circumstances, the client organisation may be the data controller and Change Leaders Studio acts as a data processor.

What information we collect
Depending on the service or engagement, we may collect:
name and contact details;
organisation and role;
responses to surveys, reflection tools or other questions;
information relating to participation in workshops or other activities; and
basic information about when and how a service or tool is used.

Responses may be used to generate individual, team or organisational reports.
Where we analyse information across multiple respondents, we aim to use aggregated or anonymised information where individual identification is not necessary.
We do not ask people to provide sensitive personal information through our tools unless this is specifically required for a particular service. Please do not include confidential or personal information about other individuals unless it is relevant and you are authorised to provide it.
Who processes your information
We use trusted technology and service providers to operate our tools and services, store information, process responses and generate results or reports.
Where these providers process personal information on our behalf, we take appropriate steps to ensure that the information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Where personal information needs to be processed outside the UK, appropriate safeguards will be used where required.
How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
Retention periods may therefore vary depending on the service and the nature of the engagement.
For the Change Anchor Check, individual responses and associated personal information will normally be retained for 12 months, after which they will be deleted or anonymised.
For client surveys, organisational assessments and repeat exercises, information may be retained for longer where this is necessary to provide the service or where the client has asked us to retain it for an agreed purpose — for example, to compare results across multiple years.
You can ask us to delete personal information where there is no longer a legitimate reason for us to retain it.
Aggregated or genuinely anonymised information may be retained for longer.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to:
request access to your personal information;
ask us to correct inaccurate information;
ask us to delete your information;
ask us to restrict how it is used; and
object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
